These classes are intense Vinyasa flow style. Typically faster paced and definitely challenging; this type of class increases the heart-rate through movement, and works your mind and body through balancing and holding postures. Arm balances and inversions may be practiced during these classes, these postures are only advised for those who have previously practiced arm balances and inversions with an instructor in person.
