Slow Flow

​Creative and mellow these flow classes are wonderful for any level. Gently wake up your body and soothe away stress as you move intentionally and in sync with your breath. At a slow pace you will spend more time in each pose, holding for several breaths. This practice cultivates stillness in mind and strength and ease in the physical body.
Expect to feel challenged and relaxed throughout class. 
As always, remember to listen to yourself and what you need each time you come to your mat. 
All classes are about 60 minutes.
