Creative and mellow these flow classes are wonderful for any level. Gently wake up your body and soothe away stress as you move intentionally and in sync with your breath. At a slow pace you will spend more time in each pose, holding for several breaths. This practice cultivates stillness in mind and strength and ease in the physical body.
