YIN

Yin Yoga is great for everyone, no matter your level. Yin postures are more active stretching postures that are typically held for 2-5 minutes. This style of practice works into the deeper connective tissues in the body bringing better circulation and flexibility to the tendons, ligaments and facia.
It's very important to listen to yourself when practicing yin.
It's good to push your edge of flexibility, it's okay to be uncomfortable, but it's not okay to be in pain. 
Know that things will release the longer you hold, but also remember to have patience, it won't happen all at once and maybe not even in today's practice, but who knows what tomorrow brings...

Focused on stretching the back muscles and creating space in the spine. 

10-17-20

Stretchy class focused on hips & shoulders. 

11-6-20

A stretchy slow flowing class that will include both passive (relaxed) & dynamic (active) stretching postures.
